Electrical Engineering course was
started from the academic year 1983- 84. Electrical Engineering being the basic
branch of engineering is always preferred by the students. Electrical
engineering department is having different laboratories such as electrical
machines laboratory, basic electrical engineering laboratory, switch gear and
protection laboratory. The department is having its own separate computer center for the use of staff and students. Industrial visits
are arranged at various electrical factories, sub-stations power stations for
the students to see the latest machines and latest technology used in industries.
Department organizes various
training programs for the benefit of students. Department has started
Departmental library with various reference books for departmental use. |
